Grant Kratzer is an award-winning illustrator and designer working in Kansas City, Kansas. His inspiration comes from 1980s action movies, heavy metal and treasure hunting at any roadside junk store. Aside from editorial work, Kratzer designs and illustrates merchandise for his personal brand Cheatin’ Snakes.
This workshop is about the importance of keeping a sketchbook. It will go through different drawing prompts that are designed to overcome creative block, include journaling daily life or special events, and create a visual catalog to use throughout a creative career.
