Jen Walker
Jen Walker leads Hallmark’s Global Trends team and creative studios. A key member of Hallmark’s senior creative leadership group, Jen oversees more than 150 creative professionals who make up the heart of one of the world’s largest and best-known in-house creative organizations.
Jen has been instrumental in the development and build-out of Hallmark’s best-in-class trend forecasting and translation capability. This work has become foundational to Hallmark’s business portfolio by providing unique consumer and marketplace insights through a proprietary process and creative filter. Jen and her team have accurately forecasted important consumer trends like wellness, evolving family roles and the global sustainability movement.
Prior to her current role, Jen led product development teams focused on Signature, Hallmark’s premium greeting card brand, and the development of multicultural strategies for Hallmark’s various product lines, including Mahogany, the most established greeting card brand for African-American consumers.
Jen holds a BFA from Ringling College of Art and Design. She resides in Shawnee, Kansas with her husband and two children.
