Kayla E. is an award-winning artist and designer of Mexican-American descent. She's the Editor-in-Chief of Nat. Brut and Art Director of Fantagraphics Books. Precious Rubbish, her graphic memoir, is forthcoming from Fantagraphics in 2024. Kayla works out of her studio in rural North Carolina.
